Glamazon is here to support you
Glamazon is an Amazon Affinity group that began with one employee’s desire to meaningfully connect with other LGBTQIA+ employees. There are Glamazon chapters around the world and in your community that work to create inclusive workplaces. Glamazon invites anyone who supports diversity — in all its forms — to participate in the hundreds of community events to raise LGBTQIA+ awareness, including annual Pride celebrations.
Raising a Pride flag
We raise a Pride flag to those who stand up to tell the world how proud they are of who they are. Neil Lindsay, Amazon VP of Worldwide Prime and Marketing, speaks on identifying this moment of pride, as well as on a new generation that is approaching diversity and inclusion with open arms.

Meet the Artist: Carmela Caldart
Help us celebrate Carmela Caldart (she/her), a Brazilian illustrator and animator currently based in Barcelona who has created custom illustrations for Pride 2023. Her work strives to break down stereotypes about bodies by using bright colors, playful textures, and a touch of humor.
