The Neighborhood Health Centers at Crossover are a unique new offering exclusively for Amazon employees, their spouses, and eligible dependents to get quality, affordable healthcare in select markets. These medical facilities provide primary care, same-day sick care, mental healthcare, physical therapy and health coaching at low or no cost to members with and without, health insurance.
