    CamperForce Node Seasonal/Full Time - Site Selection Happens in 2nd Application Step

    Hourly wages up to $19.55 depending on location!

    The Amazon CamperForce program brings together a community of enthusiastic RV’ers for seasonal assignments at Amazon facilities. As a CamperForce Associate, you will be able to choose from seasonal assignments in a variety of locations, depending on availability. In addition to standard Amazon benefits, you will receive campground payment benefits and an Assignment Completion Bonus.
    As a CamperForce associate, you are being hired as a tier one / class M seasonal associate. As a tier one / class M associate, your job function may include but are not limited to picking, packing, sorting, handling packages between trucks and operating powered industrial trucks (PIT equipment).     Working in an Amazon Warehouse

    • Even with climate controls, temperature in some parts of our Fulfillment Centers may vary between 60 and 90 degrees, and can occasionally exceed 90 degrees when working in the truck yard or inside of a trailer on the dock during a hot day.
    • Some tasks will require standing in one place for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours a day), while others involve walking around the facility, including climbing stairs – comfortable, closed-toed shoes are required.

    Job Qualification
    Job Requirements
    • Must be 18 years old or older.
    • High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
    • Ability to read and speak English.
    • Associates must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
    • Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT): We provide special training to associates if they are chosen to do this role.
    • Climbing and descending stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs), with or without reasonable accommodation).
    • Work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines).
    Other Requirements
    • Must reside in a RV for the duration of the assignment.
    • Must reside in a campground for the duration of the assignment.
    Benefits

    • Weekly Pay Cycle
    • Overtime Pay (Overtime varies per state and can not be guaranteed)
    • CampPay: Campers receive a weekly bonus of $120-$270 (gross) based on assignment location to go toward rent/utility related expenses
    • End-of-Assignment Bonus: $.50 for each regular hour worked and $1.00 for each overtime hour worked paid after successful assignment completion (Overtime varies per state and is not guaranteed)
    • Referral Bonus: Campers are eligible to receive a bonus if they refer someone who starts working at amazon. (The referrer must be named on the application of the referral.)
