Amazon Go is a new take on convenience stores, with no lines and no checkout made possible by our Just Walk Out Technology. It detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. Customers can just leave the store when their shopping is complete and their Amazon account will be charged.

As a member of our hourly store team, you’ll act as the face of Amazon and play a vital role in delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We’re looking for individuals who have a passion to delight customers, a desire to continuously learn, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

As an Amazon Go Retail Associate, your workday may include the following tasks:

Retail Associate

Deliver a friendly shopping experience, helping customers navigate our technology and Amazon Go app
Greet customers, answer questions, and offer product recommendations
Maintain fresh food displays and prepare high-quality grab-and-go items including burritos, sandwiches, and salads, which may include meat and alcohol
Receive, process, and stow Amazon.com returns
Keep store well-stocked and visually appealing while managing inventory to scan, process, and count product
Use and clean store equipment such as cutting tools, microwaves, and scales
