We created the world’s most advanced shopping technology so you never have to wait in line. Amazon Go was the first store to open with Just Walk Out Technology. Just Walk Out Technology automatically detects when products are taken from or returned to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. When you’re done shopping, you can just leave the store. Later, we’ll send you a receipt and charge your Amazon account.

Our great team of store employees is an important part of the experience at Amazon Go. As a Go Associate, you’ll greet shoppers at the door, restock shelves, answer questions and make product recommendations. We’ve shifted how our store teams spend their time so they can deliver a great experience for shoppers!

Our Roles

Retail Associate

Ensure a clean and well stocked environment that is welcoming to customers
Delight customers by answering questions and offering up recommendations as needed
At select locations, prepare, package and label food items according to Amazon safety and quality guidelines
At select locations, use of standard food preparation equipment including knives, mixers, slicers, peelers, and dishwashers
